Effective May 26th:
ALL clients are required to wear a mask or appropriate face cover while in the Salon & Day Spa. All original protocols are still in effect.
If you do not have an appropriate face cover, please contact the salon prior to your appointment and we will make arrangements to provide you one.
Hair Therapy Salon & Day Spa- Corona Virus Protocol
Effective May 4th.
To provide our clients and staff with the safest environment possible, we are implementing the following protocol based on OSHA/CDC guidelines.
EVERYONE will have their temperature checked upon entering the salon. Any client who registers a temperature 100.4 degrees or higher will be rescheduled. Any staff who registers a temperature 100.4 degrees or higher will be sent home and not be allowed to return until they have no fever or Covid-19 like symptoms.
We will not allow anyone other than the scheduled client in the salon (including spouses & children) unless a child is scheduled then one adult may accompany them. Additionally, clients will be asked to wait in their cars until their scheduled time. If the stylist is available prior to the client’s scheduled time, a staff member will come out and get them. *If a client is disabled and needs assistance, their driver may help them in and then wait in the car.
All staff will be wearing masks/face shields for all services. It is required that our clients wear their own personal mask while in the salon/spa.
We will ask every client to wash their hands as they enter the salon. Every staff member will be required to wash their hands prior to every service.
Beverage service will not be available. Clients may bring their own drinks with them.
Surfaces that cannot be disinfected like magazines, cloth chairs, etc. have been removed from the salon.
All testers have been removed. If a client would like to sample a product, the front desk can assist them.
Clients may not touch any retail products. If there are questions about price or ingredients or a client would like to purchase them, please ask a staff member and they will gladly assist.
We ask that clients pay with a credit/debt card when possible. We will accept cash/check but when possible would prefer to have paperless transactions.
All hard surfaces that clients/staff touch will be disinfected after every use. Including doorknobs, pens, keypads, chairs, restrooms etc.
*We cannot schedule Facials, Massages, Beard Trims, Face Shaves, or Lip & Chin Waxing until further notice.
**Some staff have chosen to delay their return or to work a modified schedule. We support their decision based on their personal situations. Rest assured; we will do everything possible to get you back in the salon as soon as possible. We realize that the last 5 weeks have been challenging for everyone. Please be patient with us as we work through our new protocol and staffing availability.
